Scope of this version

This policy describes the review version of the HexanovaTI website. Forms do not transmit or save requests. Processing terms for the future active version will be completed and reviewed before launch.

Information and purposes

The planned fields help us understand a request and contact you: name, email, optional phone, area and description. Do not enter passwords, verification codes or banking details. No request is sent while submissions are disabled. If you switch languages, your entries are held temporarily in this tab’s session storage with restoration valid for 15 minutes, then deleted after restoration. They are not added to the URL. Closing the tab ends that session.

If you contact us by email

Clicking our address opens your email application. An email you voluntarily send is used to assess and answer your request. It does not constitute consent to marketing campaigns.

Third-party services and cookies

Hosting may process technical data required for operation and preview access control. No advertising or audience analytics tracker has been added to the website code. Turnstile, notifications and Calendly are not connected to the workflow. Their terms must be documented before activation.

Access, retention and requests

For privacy questions or requests for access, correction or deletion, email contact@hexanovati.ca. The responsible person, precise retention periods, suppliers and processing locations must be confirmed before online collection is activated. This version requires legal review appropriate to Quebec.
